Life has gotten so busy it’s hard to find time to sit down and read :/

Thankfully I had some time before bed today because I’m really enjoying the story! It’s a shame I always seem to get tired when the action starts to pick up lol

I saw a trailer for the movie based on this book and it really peaked my interest!! I normally always end up seeing the movie before reading the book, so I figured why not change that this time.

When starting a book the first few chapters are always hard for me to focus on and get through. Once I hit Chapter 4 I was hooked!!

Might pick up an oldie from high school to start off the year

I haven’t picked up this book in a hot minute, but boy did Chapter 3 punch me in the gut with a simple quote…

“You can be sorry about something and not regret it”
Truly something I think majority of us in the world struggle coming to terms with!!

Literally was jumping out of my chair this part was so intense

This book has oddly taught me a lot about myself. Time to go to therapy😀

At times I see a bit of myself in Elio especially because in class the big discussion for Part 1 revolves around the theme of love & obsession. I feel as though what feeds into Elio’s obsession is the fact that unlike any other houseguest Oliver actually gives him attention.

I have to read this book for my PSYC232 class (creativity early childhood). The version I’m reading is a free archive I found and the formatting makes the text really large which makes the book over 800 pages long

I’m reading this book for my LGBTQ+ Lit class and so far I’m really enjoying it!!

My goal this year is to read! So I’m gonna start documenting
