I’m already annoyed. The aunt leaves the van to the niece in her will (stated, p. 43). Then suddenly the developers claim the house + the van as theirs (p. 60). Which one is it?? U can’t establish a legal detail, FORGET ABOUT IT to create drama. The story established a fact (van is in the will and therefore the aunt's to bequeath). Multiple characters know the fact. The fact is relevant. And no one references it!?!!
