Goodreads tells me that I already read this book back in 2015, but I have no recollection of it at all! I guess I'll read on and see if jolts any memories...

I hate this 'sassy' fucking heroine so hard. She's unbelievably stupid and annoying. All I supposed to like her? Think she's cute? She has yet to do anything useful and somehow I'm supposed to think she's a hero. I don't get it.

Also, why is the motto of an ancient Celtic organisation in English? ENGLISH!!??

I don't know why I'm pursuing this. Why does an Irish driver's licence give someone's height in feet and inches? What exactly is a 'British' accent? And how do you strap a spear to your thigh under a skirt that swishes flirtily as you walk??

Gods I can't wait for this to end. It started well but is a bit tedious now... Not unlike Hamlet!!

Yep, despite its many flaws, I am continuing on with this series. It's still a lot of fun!

I'm enjoying this much more than I expected!
