Hey yall another book from school… Pray for me

Yall I started this book this morning… am I a psycho? Also The cutting off of your own ear and then sewing it to someone else almost immediately doesn’t seem sanitary- especially during a battle.

Im starting to realize why I stopped reading the first one - this shit is wordy as hell

I fear theyre just misdiagnosing her at this point. Like its not a mental health issue she clearly has something in her mind - but yea lets keep drugging her.

I started this this morning…. There was a preface in the place of a trigger warning. The preface should have been a fucking trigger warning and now unfortunately I am too hooked and too scared to stop. My eyes keep getting assaulted but I need hope that there is an end in sight.

Just learned how to peer review😐 the fuck you mean scientists are fighting over whether or not reviews should be anonymous? Im pretty sure they should be anonymous to reduce bias and so that the author actually listens to the peer review made.

Pretty cool again so far, I’m more confused than ever because it keeps talking about things that have already happened and then jumping back into the present and then jumping back to the past. And then it randomly decides to mention something that hasn’t even been discussed yet like someones death. Like ok chill🫠

Also side note, I have heard about most of the men in the company so far and the most tragic is Major Major Major’s story. Like the poor guy was named Major Major but for the first half of his life his dad convinced him his name was Kaleb. And then as he went throughout life everyone avoided him. And they do that in the army as well😭

There’s so much going on all at once but it all kind of circles back to the same stuff day in and day out for these folks. Im starting to get the idea that the Catch-22 (the thing keeping these poor men in the army) is being used however the government wants.

I have no idea whats going on. But I did here the narrator (who is def a white man) confidently and happily say the N word with a HHHARD R. The outlook for the book is scary and confused.

One thing I have taken away from this is that the abstracts however short they are, seem to require just as much if not more thought than the rest of the paper.A new perspective brought about would be that graphical abstracts are on the rise. Which makes sense because some people are visual learners, but having that visual aspect along with a textual aspect is really helpful. However if I saw one I would be lost.

Ive got many questions and I mean many. Starting with hows come your nun mentor is telling you, you have to have sec to know what you’re missing before you take your vows?

The amount of questions I have🫠 What do you mean you’re gonna be a num but literally got told by your nun mentor that you have to get sex out of your system before you take your vows

How come every time I think the book is gonna end it doesn’t? Also the switching povs randomly is starting to pmo what do you mean I haven’t heard from the love interest in like 10 chapters but Ive heard from some random side characters

I think being forced to read 5 chapters at a time is going to kill me.
