This book isn’t for me I think… which is so sad bc I was hoping it would be a 5 star. I don’t feel connected to the fmc, I don’t like the mmc. The plot is a bit boring. I dont know…. I heard the second book is way better, but I don’t even want to finish this book.

You know what I HATE in books. When the FMC has very little experience in life and the MMC is this broody man that thinks bc she has had little experience with men she is suddenly a child. Don’t call the FMC ‘little’ it doesn’t matter what comes after. Just no. And wtf why is it the second the fmc shows that she can still stand up for herself, the guy is like “omg, this girl has a personality?!”

I think because she keeps calling everyone boy and girl, I’m picturing these characters as 12 year olds and it’s making me not want to read this book :/

i went into this book thinking it was 1500 pages, telling myself manacled was 1200, so its not that bad. Jokes on me, it was 1500 pages when it was still being updated, now completed it is 2000. Loving every second of it so far though

oh no... not a big fan of the pressuring of intimacy here. i know the author wants me to be on Soledad´s side here, but no. I'm sure there will be a reveal that he is actually cheating or something, but still, if he doesn't want to have sex, she shouldn't be bringing it up the way she is doing it. His lashing out seems almost reasonable. If the roles were reversed the outrage would be astronomical.
