Been an amazing read so far about this concept of self-image being the main determiner of an individual's personality and ability to achieve their ambitions rather than their looks or circumstances.

A plastic surgeon saw how people perceived themselves would be the decider of whether somebody would bring change. If somebody viewed themselves as ugly, plastic surgery would not change their behaviour. Insightful.

Phenomenal book so far. Biggest take away is looking at decisions and life itself in the perspective of Nature, the most intelligent thing in existence. Looking at things using mental models derived from Nature i.e Physics, Evolution and even chemistry has always allowed me to look at life a bit more objectively and give me explanations for why things happen. This book simplify confirms the importance of it.

Loving the book so far. A lot of different sources to explain our loss of attention such as multitasking and information overload. The effects of these activities make them all the more off-putting!
