I don’t write reviews often, but this one is deserving of it. I could not walk away from this book. There are a lot of trigger warnings due to assault/harm. The things these girls had to endure remind me that we don’t know everyone’s story. Their past shaped them; but in the end, they didn’t let it define them. If you want a book that will make you cry, be angry, and happy all at the same time, this is it!
