Such a beautiful book.

This almost broke me. A combination of disgusting and sadness filled me reading what his mother and now father made this young boy endure.

The abuse has literally only just started and it’s already horrible. I really wonder why his mother became like this. Mental health maybe and then it worsened when the father died or they got a divorce?

Reading this on the way to New Orleans. I’m about to figure out how she got these boys in prison. I’m excited!

Took a break and returned this chapter was great. I love seeing Noah’s POV and it makes me so sad. I like Noah so much!
