I'm gonna be so for real... Ryan is pissing me off at this point in the book. ESPECIALLY when he says "I could never pursue a relationship with someone like this. It would ruin my life." (Referring to Callum) and because I grew so fond of Cal so early on, I almost feel protective of him! I hope Ryan gets off his high horse real soon because I don't want to dislike him for the whole book!😭

This one, so far, is definitely holding my interest and is easy to read and follow along! FMC's background is interesting, making me want to understand her more & why she is in her current situation. We have recently met our "Drowning Woman" character as well as a male side character named Jesse, whom our FMC seems fond of. Curious to see where this all goes...

Okay, yeah, so I had an idea of how this was going to play out but it's still crazy reading this! Some parts literally have my heart racing!

"Then I saw the look on Mr. Atkinson's face and believe me, Joanne, he was scared of her. That man was scared of his elevel-year-old daughter." That's crazy. And the shit I have learned since my last update has been WILD. I want to say I think I know where this is going but I also feel like there is going to be another twist thrown my way that I won't see coming

If this asshole says "what the hell is wrong with you?" to this woman ONE MORE TIME, I will literally DNF 🫪 ugh, he makes me so angry!!! Don't get me wrong - I'm eating this book uuup, however, the father & daughter are infuriating 🤬

I am loving this. This book has held my attention since the beginning. The writing is so easy to just get lost in. And Ren? I have a wee bit of a crush on this man 🥰

Okay, I am thoroughly enjoying this book so far! Already engaged, loving the FMC and her sarcastic attitude and we were just introduced to a new little side character... a brownie creature from the Otherworld named Tink. OBSESSED with the little funny guy 🤣

I had to DNF this book 😭😭 I am actually so sad about this. I just couldn't stand the MMC after a while. Will I come back to finish it? Idk. I dont feel compelled to do so atm but who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ i just found myself getting annoyed more as the book went on
