every time i get to a good point i have to go to bed. but i refuse to read at any other time… there’s nothing like cozying down to a good book.

i hope to be done with kindred & all about love by the end of this week. i have to completely reread lord of the flies it’s been so long

i had to put the book down because i am on the verge of bawling my eyes out and my eyes are burning. this davin reunion is really tugging at my heartstrings and rufus is a real nasty low down dirty b*. the fact that i had to side with tom of all people in this situation is making me mad and on this note i have to go to bed because i’m tired but the overload of emotions i’m having right now :,)

i’m truly locked in now. i keep tearing up reading this. it’s such a beautiful and well written story. as much as I want to put it down i just cannot.

man..this book HEAVY i can feel it and i’m scared for the emotions im going to go through.

I really love this book so far…unfortunately it is time for the second part and it is making me extremely anxious to read it because I don’t know what the ending could possibly be about. I love how disturbing the narration is because without it, I don’t think it would hold the weight of the fact that people are really truly cannibals in this world. More on this later in my full review.
