I’m on the struggle bus w this book. Can’t seem to finish it.

Ok right now I think Nyte is good but Astrea is vulnerable cause of him. I think her real name is Starlight. I think Drystan might be good but has done a god job acting bad.

Ok already different experience…… Main character coming from a concentration camp threw me off (things implied also threw me)…. I’m not able to quickly see what’s going to happen next. I liked the further explanation of the camp. Different for the fantasy books I’ve read till now (new to the genre)

Ok I’m liking the storyline and Lor is feisty which I LOVE.

May be unpopular opinion but I love both Oro and Grim for different reasons but I get you Isla. I get it.

What is happening?!?! How does this end?!?!

Very strong beginning. I’m curious to see how Isla grows as a leader. I LOVED what the wildling woman told her about helping others first. I love how Alex keeps twisting things up. I’m never sure what’s really going to happen!

This is so good!! I have theories on where this is going but it’s not clear which I love!

I’m struggling to continue reading. Seems to be dragging a bit.

Loved this book. Characters are interesting and the writer really does a great job making you FEEL the action.
