So it seems XXXX isn't the one?

I love the short, clipped statements and thoughts. It's a truly realistic way the brain thinks. So many novels draw out one's internal thoughts in a way that seems unnatural. This book is very well written in explaining Evie's mind.

This book reminds me of a "film noir" narrator. I enjoy this book's tone, style and first person narrative so far. Evie is going to hopefully be an interesting character to follow.

A better plot so far than the first two books. There's still a lot of filler and repetitive dialogue. More suspense with this case, enough to keep me reading.

It's not a great book but I'm curious about how Isabel and Ana are connected to Essie. I suspect Ana is a multiple great-grandmother ??

Great idea to pour moondust onto the ground on Earth! Good grief. That's not going to cause any problems, right?

I hate Tyler, the husband/father. He's condescending and selfish.

That previous section "book five" was the most tearjerking of the book. It seems like there could have been something remotely optimistic about the situation but nope - it just gets more dire as the pages turn. I'll be finished in about 2 hours of reading so hopefully the final section will reflect SOMETHING positive for Paula's actions.

Utter craziness! This final section is going to be really good. I hope for some kind of positive outcome on Titan even if Earth is pretty much done with humanity.

This is so sad. I'm irritated at this point on the book. How much worse can life get for these poor human beings?

At this point of 60% finished I'm sad for what has happened on Earth and in Deep Space. It's a down right depressing alternative reality of the Space Program.

This book is, so far, better than book #1 of the NASA series. Excellent character development and background. There are some sad and rather depressing moments in the plot thus far. For a science fiction book it's not too far-fetched. NASA could have possibly taken these actions in real life in the early 2000s Shuttle program.

Despite some poor reviews I'll give this a chance. It seems many people didn't finish it.

A cliffhanger...ugh.
