Elyn has some funny jokes lemme tell ya. I love learning more about her experiences within British mental health hospitals and the STARK difference from how Americans treat patients and how the Brits do. Still interesting enough that she still hasn’t been diagnosed with schizophrenia yet

Philip is an interesting cat lemme tell ya. Another book I have to read for class (I’ve been seriously lacking on finishing this)

It’s interesting to see what in patient is like in England. The fact that the main character always had a choice to leave when ever she wanted or a choice to attend the group sessions the only thing she had to do was attend her one on one sessions. She was also able to deny medication, I feel like in America she would’ve been sedated right away and forced to do all activities

Things are I think finally picking up right but this book is definitely dragggggginggggg. Like I understand Stephen king loves his lil details but damn my boy I don’t think it needs to take 5 pages to describe someone’s debate in their head on fixing a snowmobile

I’ve always truly been interested in learning more about schizophrenia. Often people with schizophrenia are represented in media as unintelligent or extremely deep in their psychosis that they’re violent it’s refreshing to hear the authors story of being a straight a student, valedictorian of her undergrad class while experiencing her mental illness without a diagnosis yet.

I have to read this book for one of my classes but it’s actually really interesting.

This book takes alot of effort for me to read. But Danny boy just had some spooky things happen to him

I forgot how many details Mr. King likes to use in his books. Hallucinations are beginning to happen so the crazy ness should be coming soon (I hope, being 300 pages in I’d expect more crazy stuff)

I feel like the changing of povs and going back and forth from the present to 11 years in the past is alot for my brain. I genuinely have no idea the point/plot of this story anymore

This book took me a hot minute to actually want to keep reading. I like the different povs. I hate Delilah’s accent but that’s no fault of her own being kidnapped and all. I have no idea where this book is gonna go.

This book is giving me plenty of reasons to not live in a small town where everyone knows your business. I have no idea who did the murder but I do have some theories 🧐🧐🧐

This main character is a hoot. Quite funny. I do enjoy how they include the actual podcast scripts throughout the book too makes it very unique

I wanna know what this old timey author had up his sleeve before he passed. I keep thinking I know where this book will go and then it changes direction.

This wife seems like she’s hiding something and the husband is totally cheating but I’m just assuming here

This book is extremely well written. I love the pov the author uses. It’s a very creepy concept to think of but im extremely intrigued to see where this book goes

This med student has to be crazy

So we’re all ignoring that this main character sees a weird blonde child that no one else can see ? Also love that this is set on Long Island
