I have thoughtttsss!!!! Spoiler: SPOILER! why’s Ferron obviously trying to hide that he cares for her? And who’s Lancaster?! 😭 and the new years party 😭 Ferron snapping necks! all quick snaps, with no remorse! My theory: Ferron was forced. He was dying inside. Maybe its the pills that make it easier for him. Also. I think he loved Helena before she lost her memories!

Im loving the gothic vibes so far. This would make an incredible movie, the visuals of some of the scenes could be really interesting to see on the big screen… and i’m learning so much vocab i need to create my own glossary 😂

Im so annoyed… this book has a really good premise and setting and i think i would fall hard for this book if it were written by someone else i have in mind… this author is telling alot more than showing… i think shes expecting me to feel sorrow here and confused there… and i wish that was the case.. :( .. not giving up on this book tho.. ive already started a Pinterest board& have followed a few fan accounts

Their love is so believable to me even tho it feels like it suddenly happened? I dont know im confused about this book.
She even says this is too intense, too soon.
I even found myself 3/4 of the way and thought i still had miles to go.

I cant stop reading this! I love how the narration is 21st when the setting is obviously set in a fantasy camelot time!
