One of those books that's really annoying me but I'm going to finish it anyway.

First of all: I wholeheartedly agree with the thesis of Dunbar-Ortiz's book, namely that the treatment of Indigenous people in the Americas has been and is a systematic colonial enterprise and genocide.

That said, something is sitting wrong with me about this book, and I think it may be a sense of oversimplification in the service of polemic. Some nuance - and I think some accuracy - is being lost.

This book is making me so angry. Which in this case means it's doing its job, but still.

I am enjoying this book, quite spooky, do recommend, but I must say that the description on the jacket is very misleading. This isn't really a book about technology at all.
