Also quite silly, but on both pages 258 and 259 Bunty seems to be called Bunby, I did hear of some typos on peoples names hehe

Ahhhh !! I really really love this series so much. Although being autistic (and being born in the 21st century) I particularly struggled at parts to understand the social rules that were important to understanding the story. Many were definitely archaic and from the past, leaving me confused although as I continued to read I understood juuust enough to get by with a very basic understanding.

I started reading this on the way home from the 130th Anniversary event of Seven Little Australians (Where I bought this book I've been so eagerly wanting since reading the first in the series). I love Ethel Turner's books, I am so happy I was drawn to my copy of Seven Little Australians in a second-hand bookstore. It also excites me I have the Edition pictured from 1901, with some old owner initials in it!

I had to get some books to give as gifts to some people from my course when I graduate on the 15th to thank them, which aligned perfectly with Australia (and New Zealand's) Love your bookshop day 2024 where with two penguin books I got the cutest little penguin figurine, I am naming her Penelope. She's so cute and tiny, I wish I was able to get two but sadly no :( I got myself a few books I was rlly excited to get:)
