It’s okay so far - kinda feels like reading a diary entry or a very personal memoir. Although it’s supposed to be telling the reader about the protagonist’s father - we get to know her very personal thoughts and impressions of growing up in the country side and all the hardships her father in particular had to endure.
It’s somehow a slow-read and I’m sometimes catching myself drifting off to other things
