Ooofftt, picked this up because all my TBR books were packed away while moving house.

So far, not impressed... cringy and basic "tough love", a couple anecdotes and a random mention of Buddhism ideology that is then, rebranded with Mark's "not giving a f*ck" rhetoric- blehhh boring.

Might be my first dnf, we'll see...
