very dense but in the BEST way. WOW excited to read the rest of this

used this book to press flowers two months ago and haven’t been able to physically open it since. the flowers have since dried & i have begun the book once again

surprisingly fabulous so far. so me? combines ideas of third places, authenticity, self, creativity & art in such a nuanced way. also has managed to capture and distill a few different emotions / phenomena that I have only ever known as specific to myself. i think i have been turned off by this title for a while but glad i gave it a chance. have needed to hear a lot of what is being discussed here !!

have read Coccia before. once again does not disappoint. I love his brain

found “moving” to be relevant to me atm. “household articles” was also interesting in terms of commentary on the relationship between objects and space and the mind & self

the essay “Knives, forks and spoons” particularly resonated with me today
