Also the audiobook: Alfred Adler, teleology, separation of tasks, don’t punish/ reward but encourage. We must have the courage to be disliked. Separation of tasks is recognizing that I want people to like me, but it is not my tasks to think about what others think of me. Teleology means that our behavior is goal oriented.
