Cowboy Lord of the Rings got me fucked up

Pretty nice so far and taps into my Red Dead Redemption moulded heart, but I am—frankly—shitting myself about everyone's fates lol

Interesting listen so far though!

That being said, certainly a choice—a bad one at that—
to dedicate a full chapter to Mount Batten and his assassination without bringing up his well documented history of being a nonce…

Serves me right for saying “just read what I think will be the best chapter I experience all year” cause practically every chapter since has been just as good, if not better 🫠

Only 11 days into the New Year but very much doubt that any other chapter in 2026 will impress me as much as the one I just read: wow.

Still a way to go but this is shaping up to be my pick for 2025’s new book of the year…

So far so good but I am *DREADING* how this might end lol
