Flying through this audio book. So far very helpful, pretty convicting, and a little intense 💀

This book is incredibly insightful so far. If you are a parent, teacher, youth leader, or even a member of Gen Z I would consider this a must read to help guide the youth and understand why we have an epidemic of anxiety and depression.
