im intrigued by the plot but bored by some of the writing style

bro im in awe this is amazing

finished the first 3 short stories, holy shit the way they are connected is so fascinating and subtle and cool. yoko ogawa i love you!!! what a gripping and haunting read so far. excited to see how the rest of them connect too

carmilla being an anagram for millarca and mircalla is sooo awesome

so i actually started this on june 18 w an audiobook and forgot to log it

finished the titular first novella of three: the diving pool. fascinating and eerie

i know the premise was sad and yet i am still surprised how sad this is……… ugh

i didnt know this was an epistolary love story so it took me a second but the writing is very poetic and pretty and im looking forward to the rest of the book. like the 4th book im reading rn. lol
