Last book in this arc reread so I'm jumping right into the pain. Lots of pain.

I’m about to lose it. Last night I wrote a pretty detailed review of The Lion & The Lamb but somehow it’s not here? How. 😤😭

Yes, I’m rereading/listening. Don’t judge. The heart wants what it wants, plus knowing what we now now, seeing all of Hazard’s notions & walls collapse at the sight of John-Henry and wincing at the coming pain is a hoot & comforting in a weird way.

I'm not a vengeful person or a sadist, okay maybe a little bit, but if Dylan isn't in traction by the end of this book I'm going to disappointed. Just saying.

Current thoughts:
1. Dylan is giving me creepy vibes
2. Can we invent a time machine and erase Lender from existence?
3. Growing up and letting go are hard, almost impossible things to do.
4. I love Fer.

I'd read this as a serial from the author's mailing list, then I got the paperback and it sat looking pretty on my bookshelf. Today, while I wait on the audio for Misdirection to drop, I'm revisiting this combined with J.F. Harding's audio rendition and I already know it was good decision. I'll be needing tissues.
