Finally started getting interesting again

This one I’m struggling with to finish. There’s a lot of repetitiveness from the first book and it’s definitely not pulling at my heartstrings like the first time around. I have a hard time reading things when I already know what’s going to happen and it has just felt like it was dragging since I already know a lot of what’s going to happen. They even repeat a bunch of the dialogue as the 1st

That was the most intense and capturing first chapter I’ve read in a long time! Have a good feeling about this book!

I’m having such a hard time! Man I want to like this series but I just can’t find the connection or motivation!!

Ready to continue this roller coaster ride!!
