I'm sorry I'm behind with reading/reviews. I always fall off this time of year. Sadness and grief catch up with me, taking the wheel from May-Aug, re-surging October to December. But it's bad Spring to Summer because the last couple of months with our mom were difficult and our father's anniversary was right in the middle of it. Just comfort-watching short, C & K-dramas, listening to BTS/K-pop, and watching videos.

On hold for now- lost my mom around this time a year a few years ago. I always have a hard time from Mother's day through August. Because we also lost my uncle in August. And my Dad's anniversary is in June. So it's a rough time of year. So, while I am really enjoying the novel it's triggering me.

Review in progress. 3.5 stars. I love her exploration of neurodivergence with Iris and that this one is an LGBTQ relationship also.

I'm going to have to put this on hold. Words I never expected to say about a CM book. But these two people are frustrating me and aside from the foodie stuff I am not being drawn in and it's dragging for me. I've tried a number of times to put it down and come back. I may DNF if audio doesn't work. We'll see.

I'm so frustrated. I was loving this audiobook. But for whatever reason my netgalley app corrupted halfway through. I can't listen to this or any of my other books. I deleted and re-installed but that did't fix it. And of course only my recent books are available now.

Amazon getting rid of the text-to-speech feature and replacing it with the assistive reader, which doesn't work for Netgalley arcs, really impacted my reading from April through this month. I had to switch my arcs from them to my iPad and phone. But the read-out-loud feature on the Netgalley app doesn't work for Harlequin books so that's another wrench that means I can only use the iPad for them. Meneiere's changes!
