So far I am really enjoying this book. I like how easy it feels to step into the characters. This will surely be a book i reread through different lenses to grasp a better understanding of what Woodson is trying to say. Currently I am reading it to understand the plot but theres so much repitation of "this is a memory" which makes me want to reread it to try to understand what I need to take away.

So far it’s cutie and fun, I enjoy the dialogue between the characters so I’m excited to see it develop. I don’t know how realistic it is so far but I’m not really reading it for that. So far this book is a fun holiday read that’s light hearted and funny.

I legit cannot stop thinking about this book it is all consuming. I read half of the book in one sitting and cant wait to finish it. It is addicting. I really love Violets character and her strength even though she does not know how strong she is. I really hate Dain, he is so negative toward her success and doubts her survival. I am intrigued by Xaden and the idea of their relationship is super exciting to me.

This book is crazy and hilarious. Honestly, I was surprised by how cringey yet endearing this book was! could not put it down!
