I LOVED this book. It was very relatable with the problems Christie faced and inspiring to watch her work through it all. I didn’t realize this was a sort of self-help book when I picked it up, but I learned some things that have helped me. This therapist impacted a lot of lives. I want a Dr Rosen and groups like this!

I can empathize with the main character, Ali’s, situation. It’s easier to fix other people’s than our own.
