I was gripped by the synopsis both on the back of the book and on kindle. I should have read the first chapter or 50 pages in the store before I took the plunge on this one because it’s written in the second person. 😬 Two things took me a sec to get used to: 1) the way Leckie writes in general 2) trying to immediately figure out whose perspective was telling the story of the two characters first introduced…

Not really sure why rubs book is getting so much flack… but maybe I’m not far enough in at this point to understand either. Hm…
