I'm reading this with my siblings and we had planned on reading 5 chapters a week, but the thing is so good that we all blew through the first half of the book within a couple days on accident. At least we're all still reading together 😅

What's more impressive is that my brother doesn't like to read and it has him so entirely enthralled to the point that the non-reader finished part 1 before anyone else.

I think I need to DNF this one. I really want to like this series, but I have such a disconnect with the main characters. I really struggle to stay invested in these books

I think I need to come back to this one. It has all the tropes and feels that I usually like, but I am really struggling to read more than a few pages at a time.

Much slower than the first book. I am struggling to get through it
