Come to find out Bobby Jamieson just joined MBTS 6 DAYS AGO as a professor. I'm geeked

I just want to put Carl Trueman, Bobby Jamieson, and John Piper in a room together and tell them to argue about something. I don't even care what it would be about. I just want to watch

BOBBY JAMIESON DOES NOT MISS. I REPEAT BOBBY JAMIESON DOES NOT MISS.

Similar to Carl Trueman, I've started picking up Jamieson figuring that he is gonna blow my mind and probably gonna be right. Then, I'm probably going to assume his position and argue about it with everyone in the break room at Veritas for the next month of my life.

It’s a bad day to be a book.

The things you end up reading when you tell your friend to pick a book and you will read it with him.

"Our goal must never be the bare minimum amount of knowledge necessary to get us into heaven. We want to move from platitudes to particulars, from generalities to technical terms and concepts, from seeing the hills of God's glory to seeing the mountains of God's glory. That's why we study, why we learn, and why we need systematic theology."

I just got the Mr. Brightside chills but theologically.

Alasdair MacIntyre was mentioned in the foreword. Not a single person that sees this will care but I've had conversations with MacIntyre in person.

I am absolutely locked.

Hold on to your freakin pants ladies and gentlemen this has potential to be ranked as #1 on Kyle’s top 50 books he has ever read. I’m kinda freaking out
