Not a lot has happened yet but it is getting creepier which means we're getting somewhere lol

I can't make this up. There are changes going on in my life and it's following this book. A rage and agony awoke in me (I was sobbing hysterically at the kitchen table, at the living room, and in my room, but at least I didn't overreact) just in time for the Forgiveness chapter & I'm so different already from who I was at the beginning of this book, to now. Loving this so far!

The premise is what made me pick up the book, and I've been waiting for a laugh. I'm like, pleading the book for it to make me laugh, and so far its been doing the opposite effect. It's still early so hopefully that'll change. I'm not exaggerating when I say that Orla the gremlin cook is quite literally the only reason I'm going to keep going to the end. I hope this gets funnier & less overly written/clunky
