Loved the first half but the ending was….bland. Unseasoned chicken. Basically written down as "there's the plot twist so now you know exactly what's going to happen" Shadow and Bone could have gotten 5 stars if it ended up differently! PRAYING Mal gets more character development & more on The Darkling

I will never get over the powerful man loving main character (or what I think is happening here
