If you’re interested in learning more about obesity and how GLP-1s can help with that disease, this book has been very informative. I also feel seen, which is a struggle for people that are often overlooked by doctors. That said, if you’re considering going in any medication, always consult your doctor. This book is a good step 1, but you and your doctor know your journey the best.

I find myself both enjoying and dreading reading this book. Someone explain that to me.

The first 25% of this is about a woman who works in a museum and is a philosopher. And then it flashes back in time to when she was a comedy writer for an SNL-type show and now I’m so confused what the two have to do with each other? Hoping it smoothes back out…
