Fun story! Classic Melissa Brayden. She never disappoints

I am absolutely in love with this collection of short stories. I may have to slow down my progress to extend the enjoyment. I have found myself in tears, either from joy or just from being moved by the stories. This author is remarkable and I'm so glad to have found her.

Couldn’t finish it. I give up

Just started listening to this. Silly me I thought it was Seth's actual memoir and not a fictional memoir. I'm still enjoying it and looking foward to hearing all the Broadway folk he recruited for roles in it but feel a little silly that I didn't look a little closer before I bought it.

Excellent so far

I've always loved Bledsoe's well crafted story skill and lyrical writing style. The fact that this story is based on a real person, referencing historical facts and situations, makes it especially compelling. Any fan of Lucy Jane Bledsoe or historical fiction (fictional reconstruction), or anyone interested in the story of a successful queer woman in the 1950-60's will no doubt love this book.

Missouri has done it again. I'm only on about the fourth chapter and already want to hide away in a corner and hang out with Royal and Lovey sipping blackberry cordial and eating saltines.

So far it's outstanding. The first character grabbed me from the start and when the next one came along I was officially hooked. Great premise, engaging characters. Don't bother me for awhile I have a book to read.

Halfway through this book and am absolutely loving it. Chock full of behind the scenes stories interspersed with recollections from just about all those involved. Makes me love the movie even more and want to pull it out to watch for the 135th-ish time.

I'm at chapter 21 of 26, and if I didn't have to get back to work I wouldn't put this book down. I have read a lot of lesfic romances and this is one of the best I have ever written. Love the characters, love the story. I've been teary eyed several times from the depths of emotion this story is pulling from me. Well done Lyn Ames

I bumped this book to the top of my to read pile and am VERY reluctantly putting it down only because my lunch break was over a fifteen minutes ago. So far I love it.

I'm a huge fun of Christopher Moore. Lamb is among my top five books of all time. Unread Fool when it first came out and was disappointed that it didn't grab me more. I decided to pick it up again, and boy am I glad I did. I don't know what the heck my problem was because this time I'm LOVING it. King Lear done Moore style. Yes please

Wow! At around page 150 or so (4 days gone) I was grabbed. Part of me wants to go back and start from the beginning knowing what I know now.
