I wasn’t hugely impressed with “The Call of Cthulhu & other stories” I probably liked about 3 of them out of the total I think 11 in my copy so I decided maybe I’ll prefer a lovecraft story in a longer denser format of a full story so here I am. Was just finishing up the Woman of tomorrow comic before I fully committed to this but the journey finally begins

I have it. It’s in my hands. I’m going to take my time with this since
1-I’m afraid to see this franchise “end” and have to wait for Red God with everyone else
&
2-I decided to buy this during my most stressful Uni essay due yet.
But I will be reading it when I can, and it will ruin me.

Having my first book of the year being No Country for old men. I’ve only ever seen the film where on first watch I despised it and on second watch I adored it so it felt right with my love for Blood Meridian to finally give Cormac’s other star a try.
