I had to take a little break wirh this one as I didn't really connect with the section of juo li writing a relatively flat female character. Picking it back up, the book seems to be diving more into the deeper concepts ive come to expect from this series. I'm enjoying it a lot more now.

I'm listening to this one as an audiobook, and was looking for something light and fun.

While that does describe Dungeon Crawler Carl, I'm now 1/5th the way through this book and it still hasn't finished explaining this world to the reader. The exposition is inmensely clunky and often just results in long lectures from the "tutorial NPC". Not very engaging.

I'm giving it 10 more percent...

This book has been harder to read then expected. I find myself constantly taking notes, usually scribbling down some recent item in the news that resembles a passage. Orwell has this eerie way of writing something so timeless that it feels like you're talking to him about the news. This book still has a lot to teach us.
