Never gets old

Very entertaining.

But damn we’ve been doing the same stuff forever.

I honestly have no idea what’s happening anymore and not in a bad way.

Dark and broody sword and sorcery GoT adjacent story told from the perspective of a flea bottom street rat. The language and verbiage is the best part. I feel like I’m hearing the story straight from his mouth.

Great read. Was very invested as it the story deepened and the science got more interesting but I felt like the second half didn't have quite the draw as the first half. Still a fun and interesting adventure.

Everything had been fine just a second before, why would anything be different now?

Not as good as Annihilation so far but I'm expecting it to turn a corner and wow me anytime now.

I had chills for so long reading this that my skin began to hurt. Incredible, moving, thought-provoking.

Just as good as the movie.

Way darker than I was expecting.

Not as stuffy as I imagined it was going to be, but I'm still waiting for some cool fantasy stuff to happen.

Got about halfway through before I realized the story I was on was not short. Not sure if I like long-form Conan as much as the short stories.

Less theological discussions and more cool vaults please.

I’ve been enjoying listening to this over reading it so far. Feels very much like the early political parts of Dune.

This ain’t like the movie yall

It’s giving Silo/Dust and Fallout vibes so far. Pleasantly surprised by it, thought it was going to be much drier and slow than it has been so far.
