High stakes, loved seeing the friendships form and crossover to the northern kingdom characters! Excited to see how they all tie in the last trilogy in the southern kingdom

High stakes all the way through, love all the characters and mallie & kase. Best one in the series so far, could not put it down

Jonas and Skadis story was adorable. Loved their character stories (not very plot heavy but I’m not complaining). Perfect way to continue their stories from the ever duet.

All the bonus content gave a very satisfying epilogue to their story

Now that was a good book! Action packed but still got those sweet character moments and everything tied up nicely in the end. Although wishing ryatt got a bit more of a happy ending but maybe that’s an opening for something in the future. All in all so sad to say goodbye to these characters

That set of chapters absolutely devestated me, had me balling

Sometimes it’s hard to keep track of the timeline with all the perspectives. Don’t get me wrong I love them but I wish there was a timeframe at the beginning of the chapters to help make it more clear

Intrigued to see how this story ends

A lot of storylines to follow and some a bit slow and interrupted of the others but in the end o appreciated all the perspectives to what’s going on.
Was hoping for a reunion. And I hope she doesn’t get mad about the him knowing they were fated

Despite being a little slow paced
I did enjoy every bit of character development and loved the storyline of os and rissa

Now this is the book, the action, the romance, the politics and moves I have been waiting for. Hard to know if the other books are what really make this moment or if they could have been just as good with them being shorter. But with Midas supposedly out of the picture I am intrigued to see where this goes

Finally getting the good romance plot at about 50%
That back story definitely helps but 2.5 books worth of backstory for things to finally pick up is crazy but can’t put it down and am nervous for what’s gonna go down in the last 30% of this book

Read it in one day … but can’t help feeling like it was a lot of set up; nothing really happened. And I hate that she finally stood up to Midas just to be ‘betrayed’ by rip. But interested to see where that goes cause I liked him but now am confused

Ugh a late in the book betrayal when the next one’s not out yet sucks! Here’s hoping she’ll forgive him… on the edge of my seat for book 2
