The book is so much more racist and discriminating then the movie. The movie did however miss some fun details, such as the impressive orange juicer which has to be pressed 200 times by a butler to juice 200 oranges in half an hour for Gatsby’s parties.

Reading a few sonnets everyday ^^

Currently almost done with chapter/story 4. Had to stop reading suddenly cause we are almost at the next train station.

This story made me cry a little, as it was about how being different is seen as infavorable in some cases, an issue that feels close to heart. So far I look back on this book with fondness, even slight sadness as it is almost finished.

This book is divided into short stories, one per chapter. Today I finished the third story, one story at a time, so yes the stories are quite long.

The stories themselves entail finding happiness in the small things and how growth can be small. I am rather enjoying it so far :)
