Al seems to be building a (debatable) case for how supertalls can be built with minimum capital and environmental impact to be the panacea to urban sprawl and per capita energy consumption.
Financing seems just as a significant a hurdle as technology if they are to house more than the 1%. This is not really discussed.
Street life vs. mixed-use towers needs more attention than the section on H.K.
