I think this book might not be for me. 80% of each chapter is either introspection, mostly about their love interest, sexual feelings towards love interest or thinking about why they’re here and motivations to keep going. All interactions with other characters mainly serve the main romance. The adventure plot is thinnnnn. And mainly an excuse to have the characters touch.

Sooo, her obstacles included. An old man she pushed over, the blonde girl “enforcer” who yelled out like a 2 year old, a taloned monster she set on fire with ease (it just knocked her over) and a kind of friend who wasn’t attacking her but she bashed over the head anyway. She finds her sleeping body and has time to list everything she’s wearing.

Wow really, the “enforcer” screams “professor, she’s hurting me”. Tipped the possible 2 stars to a 1.
