It is incredible listening to this book that was written before the current president’s first term but hearing the similarities between autocrats throughout history and the current US president.

The more I read this book and then watch the news, it’s apparent someone in the Trump camp has read this book cover to cover. It’s kind of scary to read about how dictators function and watch the news to see how Trump functions.

I like the discussions on elephants and mice. Mice know everything about elephants because they have to, but elephants know nothing about mice. I also liked the discussion on Grandmas and how they inform interaction style and content at work.

I am really enjoying this book.
