At times I really liked this book.

Really liked it. Two parts being a parent and partner starting a business, one part study of the importance of middle agriculture.

This book is so much fun to read to the kids! They love it and I'm working on a Scottish accent for the Nac Mac Feegle.

An interesting read so far, but probably not enjoyable to less than the super bike nerd. Seems like the kind of book you want lying around the bike shop on a slow day when the old timer mechanic is working. "Ya see whippersnapper, back in the day..."

Your engineer friend who's into bikes would also find some interesting nuggets in here.

The theory that birds were the descendants of dinosaurs was known to chicken scholars in 1973. WHY DID I GROW UP WITH TAIL DRAGGING DINOSAURS!!!

Wait, the human weapon's arch nemesis is... a carnie? There is next to no chance I will finish this. Did I mention the artwork is garbage?

I love this book but the kids and I stopped reading it just before we got to the ritualistic killing. That's not really something my kids have been desensitized to. Gonna have to wait on this one.

Due to poor planning on a vacation, this was the book I was stuck with. I remember getting to the end and thinking, that's what this book was about?

Loved reading this with the kids, (5 and 8 at the time.) It was heart felt, exciting, mysterious, funny, and just really enjoyable.
