Goodreads is definitely influencing some reading choices. I decided to give Mr Harrigan a second look since he lives nearby. His Jacobs Well novel was not my favorite but the actual well is located about a mile from my home.

Written in 1983. Still on the shelves of Wimberley, TX library. The real Jacob's Well is located in Wimberley. Harrigan seems to be drawimg on some facts regarding deaths of divers in the caves from which spring the waters which form Cypress Creek. I live a blick off Cypress Creek Lane and a mile from Jacob's Well. The area is now open for tours, but no swimming or diving allowed.

Already feel uncomfortable delving into this subject, but will keep going even though it hits real close to home.

Good, light weight, in comparison to others of the Prey series.

It was in the Wimberley Library new books so needed something light. More will be revealed
