This is my “mashed potato book,” or rather the whole series. Basically, the expression comes from a book podcast called Books Unbound. A “mashed potato book,” is one that you’ve been saving instead of reading. This one I’ve been saving, like one saves the best for last.

Every May, Books Unbound hosts Mashed Potato May, and encourages folks to read those books! I’m getting a head start. ❤️
