Ok so i started this book with just reading and I was not really sure about it so I took a little break and then came back to it. When I came back I started the audible and it really made a difference!!! There are a bunch of different things going on and there are serious under tones but then there are so many funny moments too. It’s definitely a good time! I also highly recommend the audible.

I'm hooked! There are so many red flags and everything feels super suspicious at this point, but it's also really good so far. You definitely get the feeling that you might be getting gaslit—but at the same time, you have absolutely no idea what's really going on. It's chaotic, tense, and totally gripping.

Reading Update (Chapter 17): continued

Also, the relationship dynamics feel really immature at times—almost YA—but the rest of the book clearly isn’t YA, so it’s throwing me off. I’ve heard great things about this series and I want to like it, but right now it’s just not clicking for me. Hoping it picks up soon.

Reading Update (Chapter 17):
I’m really struggling with this one so far. The plot seems like it has potential, but the pacing is just dragging. I feel like I’ve read so many scenes that aren’t actually pushing the story forward. The book is super thick, and I’m starting to think that’s because there’s a lot of filler.
