What a treat this gem of a book is for anyone who was ever an EWF (or still is)! It brought back so many memories, and really made me think about the huge impact discovering Tori’s music had on me as an intro to fan culture, which in some ways has been a defining realm for me long past the heyday of The Dent. There’s a lot here about community and friendship, both the strain and sweetness of connection.
