We don’t need to always hold things together…it’s okay to cry, step out of what we are used to.
Honestly pulled at my heart, it’s a good reminder not everything is for clicks, likes or follows.
God will always hold the pen to our book!

This chapter really dove into prayer and how quickly we reach for our phones instead of slowing down.
Social media isn’t bad, but it reminded me that moderation matters. I realized how often I rush through my routine just to scroll instead of making time for prayer or being present with family.
Our ancestors didn’t have phones connecting them 24/7, but they did have prayer!
