Keisha > Recent Status Updates

So far, I am not obsessed like I was with the previous book. The pace is very slow in comparison to the action packed first novel of the series. I am really hoping I am getting close to whatever is being built up here so I can become hooked again. I still really enjoy the characters and the storyline but can we skip to the good part?

I wanted to love this book but unfortunately have always found myself reaching for other novels instead. The concept and storyline is great but it just isn't as engaging as I thought it would be. At first I thought maybe it was just a slow start but it doesn't seem to really be picking up. Perhaps I will finish it after my current series but I'm going to shelf it for now.
